Census Bureau: The Rock saw more residents between ages 10 and 14 in 2017


Of the 201 people residing in The Rock, a census-designated place in Georgia, in 2017, the median age was 35, according to U.S. Census Bureau data obtained by the Georgia Business Daily.

The largest number of people were in the 10 to 14 age bracket with the fewest number of people in the 15 to 19 age bracket.

Data for this story was compiled from the bureau’s American Community Survey. Information from the survey helps to determine how federal and state funds are distributed.
