Census Bureau reports Homeland population was 942 in 2017


Homeland, Georgia had a population of 942 people in 2017, according to U.S. Census Bureau data obtained by the Georgia Business Daily.

The median age was 34, with 49.8 percent of the total population being female and 50.2 percent male.

The state’s total population in 2017 was 10,201,635.

Data for this story was compiled from the bureau’s American Community Survey. Information from the survey helps to determine how federal and state funds are distributed.
