Emory Catalyst Fund receives $292,023 from EDA to bridge funding gap for startups

The U.S. Department of Commerce’s Economic Development Administration (EDA) recently awarded $35 million in entrepreneurship grants to 52 separate organizations, with $292,023 awarded to Emory University in Atlanta for the creation of a fund to assist with providing money to regional, scalable life science start-ups.
